Shipping
The greeting cards are shipped all around the world in an envelope WITHOUT a tracking number. If you want to upgrade the shipping, please get in touch with me before the order. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees specific to their country.
Returns
Unused products may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Once I receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to you (although shipping costs are non-refundable). The buyer is responsible for any return mailing fees. Used, open, personalized orders and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Orders are packed and shipped from my studio in British Columbia, Canada.
The processing time is 1–3 business days.
Free tracked shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.
Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Returns
If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days.
Items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
