Return Policy
At Mountain Mornings, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed from my home studio in British Columbia. I truly hope you love what you receive—but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
RETURNS
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
To start a return, please reach out through the Contact page or email me at hello@mountainmornings.ca with your order number.
EXCHANGES
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift-wrapped orders
- Digital items
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- I recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I can’t guarantee receipt of returned items
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
