Shipping and Delivery

All Mountain Mornings orders are designed, packed, and shipped from Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.

As a Canadian small business, I carefully prepare each order in my home studio—using eco-friendly packaging and reliable shipping carriers to ensure your items arrive safely, wherever you are.


 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

This time allows me to:

  • carefully prepare your items
  • package them using eco-friendly materials
  • make sure everything meets the quality you expect

During busy seasons (holidays or sales), processing may take a little longer—but I always do my best to ship as quickly as possible.


 

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA (CANADA POST DELIVERY TIMES)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days
  • Shipped via Canada Post or other reliable carriers
  • Tracking is included on most orders

For smaller items like stickers or cards, I may use untracked letter mail to keep shipping costs affordable.


 

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES (FROM CANADA TO USA)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
  • Tracking included on most orders

Please note:
Customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside my control.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Mountain Mornings primarily ships within Canada and the USA.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location
  • the size and weight of your order

I offer free shipping promotions for orders over $100 within Canada.


 

PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY

Your order will arrive in eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

This means:

  • minimal plastic
  • recyclable or compostable materials
  • thoughtful packing to reduce waste

Because caring for the places that inspire these designs matters just as much as the products themselves.


 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order has shipped, it is handled by the carrier (Canada Post or partner services)

If your package is:

  • delayed
  • marked as delivered but missing
  • or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
